Upcoming Exhibition in Blyth
I will be exhibiting my encaustic work on Newfoundland in Blyth, Ontario in June 2012. Two other artists, Anna Koot and Wendy O'Brien will be exhibiting their work as well. Together we are the Three Hot Irons.
Come and enjoy a play at the Blyth Theatre and a tour through the Blyth Gallery. Opening night is June 22, 2012.

Stairwell, Factory 163
This is a graphite drawing on paper that shows an unusual angle of the stairwell in the factory.
A Study of Texture
This work was done for a show titled, Industrial Strength. All of the work was inspired by some aspect of the building, Factory 163.

Path in the Snow, 2006
This painting was done in oil. It has a bit of a mysterious quality to it. It was painted from a location near to where I grew up in the country.

This painting was done in oil. It has a looser style to it than my most recent works.
A Sign of Spring
This painting was done in casein. The subject matter is dear to me as my Grandfather tapped maple trees in the spring. I can remember making maple toffee in the snow with him.

This is a small, 8 by 8 inch canvas that I did in acrylic. It was done for a fundraising event for Gallery 96.
